Petros Ioannou spent his twenties running beach-bar events before launching Nefeli in 2022: a 15-metre catamaran with a proper sound system, a big shaded deck and room for 25. Every charter is private, so the playlist, the stops and the pace are up to the group — the crew just keeps the ice coming and finds a quiet cove for the swim stop.
