What Nautiplex Network is

Nautiplex Network is a directory and listing service for boat charter, watersport, boat party, and boat taxi operators. It publishes information provided by operators and forwards booking requests submitted by visitors — it does not itself charter boats, take bookings, or process payments.

We are not a party to your charter

Any booking, pricing, availability, cancellation, or refund is agreed directly between you and the operator you contact. Nautiplex Network is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the operator's conduct, the seaworthiness of any vessel, or the outcome of any trip. Chartering a boat carries inherent risk; you are responsible for satisfying yourself of the operator's licensing, insurance, and safety practices before booking.

Cancellations and refunds

Because Nautiplex Network never processes payment, cancellation and refund terms are set and honored by the individual operator, not by Nautiplex Network. Ask the operator directly about their policy before booking.

Operator listings

Operators are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide (pricing, photos, descriptions, availability). Every operator listed is a business (a trader), not a private individual. Where a listing says an operator is registered or insured, Nautiplex Network staff have seen the underlying documents as of the date shown; everything else on a listing is the operator's own description and is not independently verified.

Requests are not bookings

Sending a request through a listing or partner page only passes your details to that operator or venue. Nothing is reserved until they reply and confirm the date, price and terms with you directly. If they don't reply, there is no booking and nothing is owed.

Who is responsible for what

• Nautiplex Network runs the website and QR codes, publishes listings, forwards requests, and acts on reports about listings or QR codes.
• The operator runs the trip: the vessel, skipper, licences, insurance, safety equipment and briefing, weather and sea-state decisions, pricing, cancellations and refunds.
• You are responsible for giving accurate request details, following the skipper's safety instructions, and telling the operator about anything relevant to your safety or your group's (for example children, swimming ability or medical conditions).

Safety, weather and emergencies

Whether a trip goes ahead in wind, swell or poor visibility is the skipper's decision, and the operator's own policy decides what happens to your booking if it doesn't. In an emergency at sea, call the Hellenic Coast Guard on 108 or the EU emergency number 112.

How listings are ranked

Operator lists on partner pages (hotels, beach bars, marinas and similar) are sorted by distance from that venue. Some operators pay for promotion; they carry a Sponsored label and can appear ahead of operators at the same distance. Elsewhere, operators are listed alphabetically and boats newest first, and payment doesn't change that order.

Reporting a problem or illegal content

Use the Report a problem form to tell us about a safety concern, a fake or misleading listing, a tampered QR code, or content you believe is illegal. Please say where the content is and why you think there's a problem. We review every report, may suspend a listing or deactivate a QR code while we look into it, and will tell affected operators what we decided and why. Our single point of contact for users and for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act is info@nautiplex.com (English or Greek).

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

Operator listings on Nautiplex Network include photos and other content supplied by the operator. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

• a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their agent;
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
• identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (a listing URL is enough);
• your contact information (address, phone number, email);
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the above is accurate and that you're authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

A party whose content is removed in response to such a notice may submit a counter-notification; we'll forward it to the original complainant and proceed as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512.
