Anemos started as a single beach shack in 2018 — a fridge of cold beer and a few borrowed loungers. Eight years on, it's still built around one idea: the best seat on the island is the one facing west.
Yannis grew up sailing this stretch of coast and opened Anemos after years working beach bars across the Cyclades. He still walks the sand every evening to check the sunset is putting on a good show.
