Vathy Blue has run dives off the south coast of Thassos since 2012. Groups stay small — never more than four divers per instructor — and the sites are chosen for beginners as much as for experienced divers: shallow reefs, swim-throughs, and the marble walls where the island's quarries once met the sea.
