Anna Dimou's family rented beach umbrellas in Skala Potamias for years before she bought the first two rental boats in 2016. Today there are six, all 30 hp — the largest engine Greek law allows without a boat licence — and every rental starts with a 15-minute handover on the jetty and a hand-drawn map of the coves worth finding.
