Our Story
Pines, Sand and a Cold Frappé

Almyra started as a fridge and six umbrellas under the pine trees. It's grown a little since — a proper bar, a small kitchen, sixty sunbeds — but it's still run by the same family, and it still closes when the last swimmers leave.
Kostas grew up in Potamia village and spent his summers on this beach. He built the bar himself and still makes most of the frappés.
Shade that's real
Pine trees behind the sand mean there's natural shade until mid-afternoon.
Simple, fresh food
Salads, grilled halloumi, toasties and fruit — nothing that takes longer than your swim.
Boat-friendly
The water-taxi drop-off is a two-minute walk along the sand.
